Available for babies aged 8 weeks to pre-crawling, this course uses a combination of Indian massage and Swedish message techniques. Learn the benefits of baby massage in a calm, welcoming space. In the introduction we cover relaxing baby massage strokes for the legs and discover the benefits of foot reflexology. Mini Gift Bag with Organic Massage Oil (RRP £5.50) included. As well as being a wonderful bonding experience for you and your little one, baby massage is known to have real benefits for baby's development and wellbeing. You then have the option to continue with the remainder of the course to discover baby massage strokes for other areas of the body that can help your little one with sleep, teething pain, and colic and constipation. Please note for babies that are pre-mature we ask you consider their adjusted age, as baby massage oil can only be used at 8 weeks + developmental age due to sensitivity of little one's skin prior to this. Babies of 6 weeks of age are welcome to attend class and for you to learn the massage strokes, however keep in mind that you will need to wait until 8 weeks to safely use the oil provided.
