Our pop-up sensory spaces bring a welcoming pocket of calm to events across Derby, Derbyshire and surrounding areas, giving babies, young children and their caregivers somewhere to pause, explore and reconnect.
Thoughtfully created with little ones and their grown-ups in mind, our sensory spaces offer opportunities for gentle sensory play, shared experiences and precious moments together away from the busyness of an event.
Whether you're organising an NHS family event, a council celebration, a community gathering or a family festival, we bring the sensory space to you, helping make your event more welcoming and inclusive for families with babies and young children.

We're taking a little time behind the scenes to reflect, refresh and work on new ways to bring a little more calm to the lives of little ones and their grown-ups.
We're not taking bookings just now, but Sense of Calm isn't going anywhere.
We're using this time to thoughtfully develop our offerings, so we can return with new ideas and even more ways to help support families and the local community with our calm, inclusive spaces.
