Welcome to Sense of Calm

At Sense of Calm we deliver fun and engaging baby and toddler classes in Mickleover and surrounding areas of Derby.

Our class offerings include relaxing Baby Massage classes, Tummy Time Fun & Sensory Play with our Little Tummy Tigers classes, and Messy Play, as well as our popular one-of-a-kind Calming Pop-Up Sensory sessions.

However, do look out for our Seasonal Specials & Pop-Ups at local events near you, over the year.

We are still available for one-off birthday party hire, and private hire bookings.

Jen is a trained Baby Massage Instructor, Tummy Time Expert (inc. additional needs) and Developmental Play Practitioner.

Extra care is taken to ensure our classes are perfect not only for child development, but also for nurturing the special bond you have with your little one.

We place importance on creating safe, supportive and inclusive environments for you to connect with other parents & caregivers and find a little bit of calm in your day!
